Cleanup

Point us at one specific problem already on your directory site — spam listings, dead members, broken links, tag cleanup, and more — and we run it, back everything up first, and hand you a plain-language report of what changed.

Not a redesign, not a rebuild, not open-ended hours. It's an hour of us plus AI pointed at one thing you already have, fixed, not built from scratch.

What's included

  • One named target, done in one pass
  • Backed up before anything changes
  • A plain-language report when it's done

Cleanup lesson card - How a cleanup works
How a cleanup works
You point, we run it, you get a report. No call needed, and no back-and-forth on scope once your cleanup is picked. 1. You tell us which cleanup, and where to point it.2. We back up everything that could change, before it changes.3. We run it: an hour of us and AI, pointed at your one target.4. You get a plain-language report: what changed, what we found. Is my data safe? Yes. Every cleanup backs up everything it could touch before it changes anything, and we prefer reversible actions wherever the target allows it. What a cleanup is One specific fix, backed up first, an hour of us plus AI, pointed at the one thing you told us about. It is built for directory owners whose site is live and working, but something specific on it needs fixing. A cleanup is never a redesign, a rebuild, or open-ended hours. Those live in our Webpage, White Glove, and Developer services. Where your report lands When your cleanup is finished, your report appears in this course, in a section with your name on it. Open Cleanup Access in the account menu at the top of the site any time to come back to it.

Cleanup lesson card - How to give us access
How to give us access
Before we can start, we need admin access to your directory so we can work on your real records. That is the one thing, and for most cleanups it is all we need. Add us as an admin 1. In your directory admin, go to Settings > Admin Accounts.2. Top right, open Add New Administrator and choose Invite Admin via Email.3. Invite support@directorytoolkit.com, open the Role dropdown, choose Full Access, then Send Invite. We never ask for your password, and you can remove our access the moment your report lands. If your cleanup needs a different login, such as your email platform, we will confirm what your target needs. Already sent the invite? Tell us with the button in our email, or reply to it, and we will go and find the invite. The notification from your directory does not always reach our inbox, and we would rather go looking than leave you waiting.
