Mobile App Builder Disclaimer and Platform Responsibility
1. Developer Account Requirement
The Client acknowledges that publishing a mobile application to the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store requires the Client to maintain their own active developer accounts with the respective platforms.
The Client is solely responsible for:

Creating and maintaining an Apple Developer Account and/or Google Play Developer Account

Paying any required platform registration or renewal fees
-
Providing all credentials, certificates, and verification information required by the respective platform

Maintaining compliance with the policies of Apple Inc. and Google LLC
The Service Provider does not create or own these developer accounts unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
2. No Guarantee of App Store Approval
The Service Provider provides software and services for the creation and configuration of mobile applications only.
The Client acknowledges that:

The Service Provider does not control Apple App Store or Google Play Store approval processes.

Submission review and acceptance decisions are made solely by Apple Inc. and Google LLC.

The Service Provider cannot guarantee approval, publication, continued availability, or ranking of any application.
Any rejection, suspension, removal, or policy enforcement by either platform is outside the control of the Service Provider.
3. Platform Policy Compliance
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that their application complies with all applicable platform rules, including but not limited to:

Apple App Store Review Guidelines

Google Play Developer Program Policies

Data privacy and security requirements
-
Content and intellectual property laws
The Service Provider shall not be responsible for app rejection, account suspension, or removal resulting from violations of platform policies.
4. Content Responsibility
The Client is fully responsible for all content, data, services, and functionality included in the mobile application, including but not limited to:

Text, images, audio, and video
-
Business listings or directory information
-
User-generated content
-
External links or integrations
The Client represents that they have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use such materials.
5. Third-Party Platform Dependency
The mobile applications generated through the platform rely on third-party services and ecosystems, including but not limited to:
The Service Provider makes no guarantee regarding:
Changes made by these third parties may affect the functionality, approval, or continued availability of the application.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for:

App Store or Play Store rejection

Developer account suspension or termination
-
App removal from distribution platforms
-
Platform policy changes
-
Loss of revenue due to app rejection or removal
The Service Provider's liability, if any, shall be limited to the fees paid by the Client for the services provided.
7. No Legal or Compliance Advice
The Service Provider does not provide legal advice regarding:

App Store compliance
-
Privacy policies
-
Terms of service
-
Regulatory compliance
The Client is responsible for obtaining legal counsel if necessary.
