Prebuild Agreement This purchase is a prebuild. The software described on this page has not been built yet. Your payment is a prepayment that funds the build, and work begins after payment is received. What you are buying We will build the add-on described on this page and install it on your directory site. If your site currently runs another tool for the same job, that tool stays in place and keeps working while we build. We switch your site over to the new add-on once it is finished and tested. Delivery Guarantee We are confident in our ability to deliver everything in this scope. If we are unable to complete the agreed deliverables: - No work delivered: full refund of your payment - Partial work delivered: refund proportional to the undelivered portion - Scope changes mid-build for custom builds: work delivered to that point is retained, remainder refunded If you are paying monthly or yearly, the refund applies to the payments you have made up to that point, and billing stops. Scope changes or third-party platform limitations introduced after purchase that affect deliverability are handled as new scope items, quoted separately before any additional work begins, and are not delivery failures. By completing this purchase you confirm that you understand this is a prepayment for software that will be built after you pay.
