In addition to the install fee for this plugin, I agree to be charged a $30/month AllAccess Maintenance Plan (if I am not already subscribed). This is a single monthly fee that covers support, maintenance, and updates for all installed plugins — regardless of how many I purchase.

I understand that I only pay this monthly fee once, and future plugin installs will not increase this charge.

If I cancel the Maintenance Plan, I will lose access to all plugins, as well as support and updates. 

I realize that even if I cancel the maintenance plan I can always regain access to my purchased plugins at any time for a one time $100 reinstatement fee which will also restart the AllAccess Maintenance Plan.
