I understand that the DirectoryAddons purchase includes all current VIP add-ons available through Brilliant Directories at the time of purchase. These add-ons can only be used with Brilliant Directories licenses purchased through DirectoryToolkit.

This is a non-refundable annual add-on package. Once purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded, because DirectoryToolkit also purchases it annually from Brilliant Directories on your behalf. If I want to avoid renewal, I must cancel before the next renewal date. Otherwise, I agree to be billed for another full year on each anniversary.

If I move my license to a personal Brilliant Directories account at any time during the VIP year, I understand that:

• The add-ons will not transfer with my license.

• Any remaining time on my VIP add-ons subscription will be forfeited.

• All future add-on purchases must be made directly through Brilliant Directories at their standard or current pricing found here.
